AMAIA properties achieve record sale prices

The first AMAIA villa was sold for AED 72 million in December 2023, setting a record for the highest transaction ever at Al Barari. AMAIA, a collection of eight exclusive ultra-luxury villas, represents the pinnacle of the region’s first integrated eco-conscious and luxury development.

In 2024, three additional AMAIA villas were sold at record-breaking prices, reinforcing the exceptional quality and unparalleled excellence of the project.

Looking ahead, 2025 will see the unveiling of the final four AMAIA villas, marking the grand conclusion of this extraordinary chapter for KOA.
